Rocky came to live with us in March of 2009. We were excited to add another member of this wonderful Havanese breed to our family and he definitely did not disappoint! When you get your second dog, you quickly learn that just like people, dogs have their own unique personalities. Whereas Belle is pretty dainty and doesn't really like to get dirty, Rocky is ALL boy and loves to be rough and tumble :) He is not afraid to play hard and the kids can always engage him in a game of chase or fetch! He has been wonderful with the kids from the beginning.
Rocky is a super cuddly guy. He has perfected the art of squeezing himself so that he fits just perfectly under your foot or your hand if you're relaxing on the couch so that you can pet him or rub him and he NEVER holds a grudge! He is also very intelligent and did excellently with house training and he quickly caught on to ringing the bell when he needs to go outside.
Rocky is a chocolate sable and has an amazing coat! It has so many different shades and colors in it and it is so thick and soft! It always amazes me when I am grooming him, he truly is a handsome guy.
Rocky is AKC registered. He is AKC champion sired and has many AKC champions in his lines. He passed his most recent CERF test in 2011 and has seen his vet on a regular basis. We take great care in his health and keeping him happy.
